“I had no idea how early the recruiting process really starts. After reading the guide, we put together my son’s highlight reel and followed the outreach tips — and now he’s hearing back from coaches. I wish we had this during freshman year.”
— Michelle M., Texas
“We spent so much money on camps and got nowhere. This playbook laid it all out — what to do, what to skip, and how to finally get our daughter on a coach’s radar. Best $7 we’ve spent in this process.”
— Laura, California
“The section on social media branding alone was worth the price. We fixed up her Instagram and Hudl — and within a week a coach followed her and reached out.”
— Heather, Florida
“I didn’t think I had a chance after switching schools. But this showed me how to build my story and get exposure online. One email template got me a response from a D2 coach in 3 days.”
— Chris T., Class of 2026
“We thought recruiting was only for football and basketball kids. This guide showed us how track athletes can still get noticed with the right approach. My daughter just had her first phone call with a college coach last week — huge confidence boost!”
— Angela K., Illinois
“How do we actually get noticed?”
And Why I Wish It Existed When I Was in High School
I was a high school football player who bounced around to different schools.
By the time I got to my junior year, I had almost no highlight footage — and by then, it’s already late in the recruiting process.
I remember reaching out to colleges and hearing nothing back.
Going to football camps. Showing up at combines.
Training constantly and sacrificing weekends, sleep, and time with friends because I was chasing a dream:
I wanted to play at the next level.
But because I had transferred schools, I was stuck playing JV as a junior — while other athletes my age were already getting on coaches' radars.
I finally moved up to varsity.
I built my highlight reel. I started sharing it online.
And that’s when things started to click.
I started getting attention.
College coaches, recruiters, and scouts started reaching out.
That led to multiple college visits and walk-on opportunities.
I finally moved up to varsity.
I built my highlight reel. I started sharing it online.
And that’s when things started to click.
I started getting attention.
College coaches, recruiters, and scouts started reaching out.
That led to multiple college visits and walk-on opportunities.
Because there are so many athletes out there just like I was — with the talent, the heart, and the drive…
But no guidance.
I made this for the parents — like mine — who would’ve done anything to help… if only they knew how the recruiting process really worked.
I want to get this in your hands before it’s too late — ideally when your kid is in 8th or 9th grade,
because that’s when the real process starts behind the scenes.
This guide is what I wish my family had when I was starting high school.
It’s not a magic bullet.
It won’t guarantee a scholarship — because nothing can.
But it will give your kid a real shot…
by helping you take action before 95% of other parents even know what’s happening.
Here are just a few of the biggest ones:
🚫 Waiting until junior or senior year to get started
By the time many parents start thinking about recruiting, college coaches have already built their list of prospects — and your athlete might not even be on the radar.
🚫 Assuming talent alone is enough
Even highly skilled athletes get overlooked because they’re not actively promoting themselves or making it easy for coaches to find them.
🚫 Wasting money on the wrong camps or showcases
Many parents drop $500–$2,000 on weekend events that lead nowhere — while missing cheaper, more strategic ways to get exposure.
🚫 Not using social media and online profiles correctly
College coaches DO check athlete profiles — but most parents don’t know what to post, how often, or how to highlight their athlete’s strengths.
🚫 Not following up or staying on coaches' radar
Even when a coach shows interest, most parents and athletes fail to keep communication going. No follow-up = no offer.
why so many parents and athletes miss their shot
— and how a few key changes can make all the difference.
I built my highlight reel senior year and used the right tools to put it in front of the right people.
I used email outreach and my online profile to spark real interest from college programs.
Even with limited varsity film, I positioned myself the right way — and it worked.
I learned how to tell my story the right way — and showed them what I could bring to the team.
No overpriced camps. No guessing. Just a clear plan that actually got results.
